QPS Benchmarking is a leading provider of benchmarking products and services in Australia and New Zealand.

Our goal is to provide clients with the tools and expertise for all of their benchmarking and quality improvement needs. Our exclusive range of products and services enable our clients to achieve industry specific compliance, streamline their reporting, compare their performance against other providers, and improve overall service quality. With QPS Benchmarking, clients are able to identify strengths and take advantage of new opportunities at strategic and operational levels.

Company History

Quality Performance Systems Pty. Ltd. was established in 1999 and has rapidly expanded to be the premier provider of benchmarking products and services in Australia and New Zealand.

The QPS Benchmarking team have over 60 years of combined experience in health, aged care management, and quality management. This includes substantial experience as Aged Care Assessors and with all forms of health and aged care accreditation (ACSA, ACHS and ISO). Recognised as true industry leaders, the results of QPS's programs are widely used in national and international papers concerning health and aged care, while the QPS team have provided education to the Aged Care Agency Assessors in Victoria on the principles of benchmarking.

The QPS Benchmarking Program

Education is central to the success of the QPS Benchmarking program. The emphasis QPS places on educating clients prior to commencement of benchmarking is critical to ensuring consistent and reliable data that increases client satisfaction. This allows QPS to be the industry 'best practice' in content, consistency, report delivery times, and more importantly, client support.

The Benchmarking Program provides a comprehensive set of indicators aligned to the Industry Standards which assist organisations to measure internal performance as well as compare results within the industry group. The data collection process is underpinned by standardised definitions, criteria, data collection tools and scorecards. The data cleansing process identifies errors and outliers to ensure valid and reliable reports.

QPS regularly reviews and updates the program, including the Key Performance Indicators and data collection tools, to ensure it remains relevant to the industry.
