The QPS team has developed a web based benchmarking system call Synergy providing numerous benefits to both clients and QPS. The following are only some of the benefits provided and a live demonstration is recommended to understand all the features of the system.
Clients are provided with the following features:
- Each client is provided with a user name and password which provides them with a library of resource tools including their reports, data collection tools, scorecards, charting tools, newsletters etc
- Definitions for each KPI is provided on the screen for each numerator and denominator
- Calculators used on line will automatically populate the data entry screen. This makes it easy for the client as no calculations are required and eradicates errors.
- Variation reporting based on statistical control charts. When the client enters data with variation which is greater than 2 standard deviations of their historical data, a rational for the variation must be entered. This rationale is captured in the report which provides analysis of their data at the time of data entry.
- E-Benchmarking provides QPS clients with the ability to view data and print reports in real time and segment data by a number of variables, such as by country, state, number of beds, for profit etc
- Facility Reports which include many different statistical breakdowns for analysis.
- Management Reports which have the ability to benchmark generic indicators across all industry sectors where the same data collection tool is used
