From humble beginnings in 2001, this easy to read publication now contains numerous articles that provide practical advice to all QPS clients. As well as articles giving advice and help from QPS consultants, the newsletter provides an opportunity for clients to network with other facilities on specific issues contained in the articles, creating further opportunities for improvement.
