Community Care Benchmarking Program

Following considerable research and design contribution from the community sector, QPS is pleased to announce the development of the Community Care Benchmarking Program addressing all relevant Standards to assist with Quality Reporting and continuous quality improvement for community care.

Design of the KPI Model

The CCBP uses both generic and service specific performance indicators for the following service types:

• Home & Community Care (HACC)
• Community Aged Care Packages (CACP)
• Extended Aged Care in the Home (EACH) and
• Centre Based Services (CBS)

The program will be formally launched as from 1st October 2005. We are keen to seek expressions of interest from community care providers across the broad spectrum of current programs. Please complete the following interest form attached and we will then contact you to provide further details.
